Wide assortment of high-paying jobs, great prizes, valuable lectures and much more enjoyed by visitors at this year’s second LINK2job fair

At this year’s final fair, the participants could apply for over 250 open positions at the region’s most successful companies, including Manpower, Printec, MG Group HR Services, Foundever SBA, Wiener Städtische, Joorney, as well as educational institutions ITAcademy, BusinessAcademy, Savremena Gimnazija, Primary School Savremena, and many others.
Siniša Knežević, deputy director of the National Employment Service’s Belgrade branch, spoke at the fair’s opening ceremony, welcoming everybody and wishing all visitors and participating companies the best of luck. 

Candidates and employers agree – we need events like this one

In addition to seizing the opportunity to apply for enticing positions, engage in some prospective networking, and learn valuable information that can help them with their careers, the visitors also received valuable gifts, such as a free online English language course and online ECDL module within which they can attend a course of their choice. The fair has justified its reputation as an event that not only connects candidates and employers, but also provides both groups with a number of other resources which will boost their further development. 
At this edition of the fair, lectures and workshops led by some of our leading business experts also attracted a lot of attention. Thanks to ITAcademy’s DesignStudio, everybody could get a professional photograph for their CV. 
In their lecture entitled “Meet Joorney Business Plans and Step into the World of Business Planning”, Ana Vujović and Željana Ilić from Joorney Business Plans shared crucial information about writing a successful business plan and presented career opportunities in this area. 
An especially interesting part of the gathering was an open HR discussion in which Bojana Dedić, a recruiter at LINKgroup, spoke directly with the interested candidates and answered their questions regarding the employment process, CV preparation, how to behave in a job interview, and many other useful aspects of the job application and selection process.
Kristina Begović, an experienced negotiation expert, initiated visitors into the secrets of this precious soft skill – from the basic principles of successful negotiations to tips for efficient management of conflict situations during negotiations, illustrating successful negotiations by examples from the real business world. 
Besides attending informative lectures, the visitors had an opportunity to present themselves directly to the employers, as part of the JOB Speed Dating segment of the fair. 
At the closing of the fair, Marija Simić and Milica Spasojević from MG Group HR Services revealed to the visitors how to recognize, develop and use their talents for a successful career and personal development. 
The December LINK2Job employment fair once again fulfilled – and, according to many, exceeded – the expectations of the candidates and the employers alike, and everyone agreed that such gatherings are of great importance for finding talent and landing well-paid positions, as well for the exchange of information and adopting useful knowledge that will help advance businesses and careers.
