Faculty of Contemporary Arts ensures cooperation with the two most important private galleries in Serbia

The Faculty of Contemporary Arts (FCA), a part of the LINK group family, has established cooperation with the two most important private galleries in Serbia – Drina and Haos.

These partnerships will bring FCA students many benefits throughout their studies, and the opportunity to work with the two most professional galleries in the country will be the best preparation for their professional life upon graduation.

Drina gallery – center of contemporary art in the region

Although founded only over a year ago, the Drina gallery managed to position itself as the leader in organization and setting new standards in gallery practice. With its program, covering contemporary art in the region, the gallery aims to foster and link the most talented artists in the region with the international art scene.

Haos gallery – a space devoted to drawing

The Haos gallery specializes in drawing and its portfolio contains the most important names in both the Serbian and global art scene. It is currently in the process of realizing the perennial idea of creating the first European museum of drawings. Having recognized the fact that new media require new ways of contemplating and defining visual arts, the gallery aims to encourage artists to use new technological solutions in drawing, among other areas.

Engaging with the curators and their work enables the students to develop their talent

FCA students will be able to actively participate in contemporary gallery activities. They will be able to contact the gallery curators who will monitor their work until the students have become eligible to exhibit in such spaces.

The curators will provide the students with expert guidance through the exhibitions, enabling them to be directly informed about current trends on the visual arts scene.

The partnership between these two galleries will give the students many benefits. It will enable them to acquire practical knowledge about the manner of operation, the presentation techniques and strategies they should form before embarking on the professional art scene.

LINK group strives to provide its students with top-quality education, as well as practice in the most important relevant institutions, and the best proof of this is the cooperation established with the Drina and Haos galleries.
