Thanks to the cooperation with the Youth Organization of Innovation and Tradition, LINK edu Alliance supported the organization of the seminar "Contemporary Educational Challenges: Innovation and Tradition – ISPIT 2022" (Izazovi Savremenog Predavaštva: Inovacija i Tradicija) which will be held from October 8 to 11, 2022 in Zlatibor.

The seminar "Contemporary Educational Challenges: Innovation and Tradition – ISPIT 2022" represents the product of the work of young people gathered in the association called Youth Organization of Innovation and Tradition. "ISPIT" is a seminar that enables young people – students – who will become future educators, to learn about didactic-methodical, pedagogical and psychological topics in an innovative way, which will benefit them in their future profession, in order to design their classes creatively, and solve potential problems and dilemmas effectively and quickly. In this way, the seminar offers an innovative approach to many complex questions related to teaching but also answers that we will receive from those who have achieved great results with their knowledge and experience.

On the third day of the seminar, the director of the K–12 schools, Zorana Bodiroga, presented the LINK edu Alliance educational system and held a lecture on the topic of "Work in the private educational system – employees' perspective". The lecture was attended by about 200 students who showed interest in our education system, as well as that they are familiar with the work of our K–12 schools and faculties. Zorana, together with the students who actively participated, dispelled some myths about working in educational institutions, especially those about working in private educational institutions.

At the seminar itself, the manifestation "LINK edu Alliance ISPIT Speed Dating" was presented, which will take place once a year in the organization of our alliance and the Youth Organization "Innovation and Tradition", and within its framework, all the interested students from all faculties in the Republic of Serbia would be given the opportunity for internship or employment within the LINK edu Alliance.
